I have a copyright claim!

I can't download an asset!
DanoCreator Support SpecialistIf you're having trouble downloading music, sound effects, or motion graphics, here are a few things to check:
1. Are you trying to download a Premium asset from a Free account?
• Premium assets (music, sound effects, and motion graphics) require an Uppbeat Premium or Business subscription.
• Look for the pink star - This indiates a Premium asset. Free assets can be downloaded without upgrading.
2. Have you verified your email address?
If you signed up using your email (rather than a Google account), you'll need to verify your email before downloading.
• Check your inbox and junk folder for a verification email and follow the link to activate your account.
• This step is not required if you signed up via Google.
3. Can't find your downloaded file?
Your downloads are typically saved in your default download folder (e.g., "Downloads" or "Files" on your device).
• Check your browser settings to see where files are saved.
• If your download didn't appear automatically, try searching for the file name on your device.
If you’ve tried these steps and still can’t download your asset, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

I can't safelist my channel!
LuluCreator Support LeadSometimes channels will fail to appear in safelist search results when they don't have any content posted yet - this is because YouTube's system doesn't recognise it as an 'active' channel at this point. But there's a simple fix! Just upload a short, empty video (public or unlisted), safelist your channel, then delete the video. Remember, use your channel ID (that long code in your URL starting with 'UC...') when searching to avoid confusion with similar names.
After these steps, your channel will be safelisted, keeping you safe from copyright claims. If you hit any bumps or have questions about channel safelisting, please contact us.
